Why do we recommend implants

As restorative dentists, we like to save teeth, but in some cases, the life-long damage to the existing dentition is too great; therefore, more comprehensive planning is required. Implants are a great alternative to replace failing dentition and implant-supported prostheses can offer a complete smile rehabilitation, restoring function, aesthetics and confidence for our patients. The type and material of the prosthesis differ from case to case. Together with our oral surgeon, we use digital planning to establish the final position of the teeth making the process more predictable and less risky. The patient’s existing teeth were failing due to gum disease/old restorations. The decision was made to replace both upper and lower dentition with implant-supported fixed bridges. We use high-quality dental implants and only genuine parts for the lab work.
